About the Neighborhood
Villa Devoto is considered "The Garden City" because it has more trees than any other neighborhood of Buenos Aires.
The houses are low and comfortable and the gardens are large and covered with flowers and shrubs of beautiful colors making it a paradise jealously defended by its inhabitants who do not change for any other, making it a traditional area of families.
Its streets are wide, treed and quiet and inviting to relax and meditate, with the best security throughout the downtown area of the country.
It is the counterpart of the rest of Buenos Aires, so nervous and troubled by the progress that sometimes fierce competition that causes the bitterness of its citizens.
This made it to be the neighborhood chosen by some celebrities, like Diego Maradona and his family, whose house is located approximately 10 blocks from our building.
The recording studio of the famous singer Fito Paez, also found in the neighborhood.
